Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Theirnoticed Concrete wants theirnoticed.living to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to use this site comfortably. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we try to:
- Arrange pages with clear headings in a sensible order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site using only a keyboard
- Build layouts that fit phones, tablets and desktop screens
- Write in plain, everyday words
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems when we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@theirnoticed.living and we will do what we can to help.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@theirnoticed.living and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never truly done. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
