How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Theirnoticed Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or messaging Theirnoticed Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have trouble with work at your home, start by taking it up with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Understand that Theirnoticed Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@theirnoticed.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
